Please note that our operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, except for Bank Holidays.

We are currently experiencing a 2/3 day delay in despatching Orders, due to the high volume of Sales.  We endeavor to deliver In-stock orders placed before 12:30pm for next working day delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

All orders above £100+ excluding delivery & VAT qualify for Free Delivery

All orders below £100+ excluding delivery & VAT will be charged £6.95

Despite our best efforts there are parts of the UK we cannot reach with a next working day delivery service. For a full list of locations and postcodes which are likely to require additional days in transit.

Geographical Restrictions

Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to:

• Certain parts of the Scottish Highlands*

• The Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

• Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly

• British Forces Postal Addresses

• International locations

Returns Policy

We are always here to assist you with returns.

• Request a return within 30 days via your order history. For requests after 30 days, please contact our team.

• We offer refunds for full, unused, unopened packets or cases.

• You are liable for  all return carriage costs to our address

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Following collection, we track the return to our warehouse. Refunds are credited to your Care Gloves account or the original payment card. Please allow up to 7 working days for card refunds to process.
